ReplyDeleteThe University would like to clarify that there is no such plan and would like to warn the public of unscrupulous individuals using the name and registered trademarks of De La Salle University in marketing certain products or services.
Unauthorized use of these trademarks is considered infringement under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines. Continued exploitation of the name, logo, taglines, and/or image of the University will result to serious legal consequences.
